Switch Care Solutions is seeking a registered physiotherapist for a full time fixed-term role across residential aged care sites in Kempsey and Wauchope, NSW. You will assess residents, deliver tailored exercise programs and contribute to falls prevention and AN-ACC tasks.
The position runs from 2 November **** to 14 January ****, with principal placements in Kempsey initially and later in Wauchope, including supervision and professional development opportunities.
