We are seeking an experienced and licensed Strata Manager to join our growing team.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
A current Strata Management Licence
Minimum two years' experience as a Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager
Strong knowledge of strata legislation, compliance requirements and financial reporting
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage conflict, facilitate resolutions, and achieve positive outcomes
Experience with BMCs and building defects (desirable but not essential)
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
A genuine passion for customer service and helping communities thrive
