As an Educator your role will entail:
n
n
Building strong relationships with the children and their families
n
Applying your pedagogical knowledge and expertise to ensure the individual needs of all children are met
n
Assisting with observing, documenting, interpreting and evaluating the children's progress
n
Keeping informed about the NQF, NQS and the current National Regulations plus current thinking, research and practice while implementing the EYLF
n
Assisting with the planning and programming of an outstanding educational program for our children
n
Complying with the relevant government regulations
n
Meet and exceed the individual needs of each child in all areas of their development
n
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.




n
Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children.
n
Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children
n
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities
n
Observe and monitor children's growth, behavior, and development
n
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum
n
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
n
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
n
Maintain accurate documentation and records
n
n
Skills and experience you will need:
n
n
Diploma, Cert III or ECT Qualification
n
Passion for Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Skills to lead other educators, motivating them to excel as you deliver care and educational programs
n
A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
n
Current First Aid and CPR Training
n
Child Protection Certificate
n
Hold a current Working with Children Check
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
