As part of the Sentra Group, we are continuing to grow our maintenance operations across Brisbane and are looking for experienced Industrial Maintenance Electricians to join our casual workforce.

About the Opportunity
n
We have ongoing casual opportunities available across a number of major food manufacturing and FMCG sites in Brisbane, with a strong requirement for experienced electricians who are available for night shift and longer blocks of work.
n
Opportunities include:
n
n
Ongoing night shift opportunities at a highly automated FMCG manufacturing site
n
Ongoing day and night shift opportunities at one of the largest meat processing facilities in the Southern Hemisphere
n
Ad-hoc maintenance shift coverage across varying FMCG manufacturing sites
n
n
While these positions are offered on a casual basis, there is potential for regular and ongoing hours for electricians who are available to commit to larger blocks of work.

What We're Looking For:
n
We're looking for experienced industrial electricians who are confident working independently in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Current Queensland Electrical Licence
n
5+ years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician
n
Robust experience in manufacturing, FMCG or food processing environments
n
Availability for night shift highly regarded
n
Availability to commit to longer blocks of work
n
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities
n
Experience with automated machinery and high-speed production equipment
n
Exposure to PLCs, VSDs and industrial control systems
n
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
n
Strong safety awareness and a proactive approach to maintenance
n
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a site team
n

$60–$62 per hour + casual loading + applicable shift penalties, depending on experience
