The Role
n
You'll work alongside the team and help keep the workshop running properly.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Leading and supporting technicians on the floor
n




Coordinating jobs and workshop workflow
n
Keeping jobs on schedule
n
Providing technical support and fault‐finding assistance
n
Jumping on the tools when required
n
Maintaining safety, quality and productivity standards
n
Supporting apprentices and less experienced technicians
n
Keeping workshop management updated on jobs and priorities
n
Holding the team accountable and getting things done
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
n
Strong heavy vehicle servicing, repair and diagnostic experience
n
Leading Hand, Foreman, Supervisor or Senior Technician experience
n
Strong technical and fault‐finding skills
n
Good communication and leadership skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Someone reliable who takes ownership and follows through
