About the role

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager/Educator to join our client in Yeoval, NSW. This is a full time position offering the opportunity to lead clinical excellence and drive educational initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care whilst developing and mentoring a clinical team.

Based in Yeoval NSW, meeting between the stunning regional towns of Dubbo and Orange, this role combines clinical leadership with educational responsibility, making a meaningful impact for both residents and staff.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with aged care standards, regulations and best practice guidelines
n
Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
n
Develop, implement and deliver clinical education and training programmes for staff members at all levels
n
Mentor and coach nursing staff, supporting their professional development and career progression
n
Conduct regular clinical audits and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
n




Monitor and evaluate staff competency, identifying training needs and addressing performance concerns
n
Provide clinical advice and support to management regarding resident care planning and clinical decisions
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements
n
Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture that prioritises resident wellbeing and staff engagement
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA
n
Demonstrated experience in aged care nursing with 5 years post registration clinical expertise
n
Proven experience in a clinical management, supervisory or educational role
n
Experience in developing and delivering clinical education and training programmes
n
Strong knowledge of aged care standards, regulations and compliance requirements
n
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with aged care best practice
n
Certification in First Aid (current)
n
Other Specific Requirements include ability to provide satisfactory criminal history check and subsequent renewals
