What you'll be doing
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate pharmacy records
Supporting pharmacy staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
Processing invoices and orders and assisting with stock related administration
