Customer Service Team Member
Are you an experienced customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We are seeking a genuine and efficient Customer Service Team Member to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to clients, families and team members.
When you join our team you will collaborate with a strong and compassionate CS team, as well as clinicians with varied backgrounds such as Educational & Developmental Psychology, Counselling Psychology, community engagement, positive behaviour support, occupational therapy, counselling and more.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be the first point of contact for clients and other stakeholders and responsible for positively shaping interactions clients have with the Strong Minds team.
Working collaboratively with the customer service and clinical team, you will look after a range of administrative duties in order to ensure the smooth operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Daily clinic administration, bookings, and client communication.
Onboarding, wait lists, and client service processes.
Respect confidentiality and privacy of Strong Minds team and clients at all times.
Maintain a cooperative and effective team environment by communicating openly and in a friendly manner.
Invoicing and finance support.
Work within company systems, procedures, and office operations.
Positively contribute to workplace culture,



team connection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Managing an inviting, clean and well stocked clinic environment.
About You
You are a clear and compassionate communicator, who can connect with colleagues and visitors alike. You demonstrate a passion for customer service, and understanding and respect of cultural diversity and differing abilities. You are able to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Skills & Experience
Experience in healthcare industry office administration and customer service (minimum 3 years).
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
High attention to detail and professionalism.
Strength in managing confidential data with accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office like programs and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Primary clinic location in Yarra Junction, and capacity to work in Warragul on occasion.
