About the Role
n
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The role will be approximately 20 hours a week done across multiple days.
n
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for people wanting to use the Careseekers platform so you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
The right person for the role will be warm and helpful, but also proactive and commercially minded.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Managing inbound customer enquiries on the phone, email and through online chat.
n
Support customers to use the Careseekers platform.
n
Provide clear and accurate information about how Careseekers works.
n
Contact potential customers and leads.
n
Provide administrative support across the business as required,



including the marketing and operations teams.
n
n
About You
n
To succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Excellent interpersonal skills.
n
Previous experience in customer support role and a passion for offering a high level of customer support for potential and existing customers.
n
Excellent organisation skills.
n
Outstanding tech skills - we are an online platform and you will need to work across our custom built platform and other systems.
n
A passion for, or interest in, the aged care and/or disability support industry or the desire to do work that is meaningful and purpose driven.
n
Ability to speak confidently on the phone to potential users of the platform.
n
