Our Kingaroy office is a small, boutique office located in the heart of town with convenient parking, offering the support of a close-knit local team backed by a larger multi-office firm.

About the Role
n
You will be the first point of contact for our Kingaroy office while providing administrative support to our Business Services team.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing reception and welcoming clients and visitors
n
Answering and directing phone calls
n
Proactively managing client communications and preparing client documentation
n
Liaising with clients to obtain information, resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
n
Managing client records and onboarding processes
n
Preparing and lodging ATO registrations and forms
n
Lodging ASIC forms and maintaining company registers
n
Processing client correspondence via post, email and secure online platforms
n
Scheduling appointments and supporting workflow processes
n
Providing general administrative support, including scanning, filing and data entry
n
n
About You
n
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A professional and friendly approach
n
A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
n
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Previous administration, reception, client service or professional services experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
