THE ROLE
n
As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality tax and accounting services, while mentoring junior team members and building strong client relationships.



This is ideal for a technically strong public practice skilled who enjoys both client-facing work and team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Prepare and review complex individual, company, partnership, and trust tax returns
n
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
n
Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulatory requirements
n
Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standardsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
Manage workflow for the team
n
Assist with the provision of business advisory and coaching services
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
n
Minimum 4 years' experience in Australian public practice
n
Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and financial reporting standards
n
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
n
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
n
Proven ability to manage deadlines across multiple client portfolios
n
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability
n
High level of professionalism and integrity
n
