About the Role
n
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support two Senior Marketing Executives with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, marketing administration and content production.
n
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about marketing, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist with the coordination and delivery of property marketing campaigns from commencement through to completion.
n
Prepare marketing proposals, quotes and campaign schedules.
n
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and deadlines across multiple projects.
n
Liaise with existing marketing suppliers and coordinate bookings, including photography, print, signage and digital advertising.
n
Assist with the production of Information Memorandums, submissions, brochures and other marketing collateral.
n
Work alongside the Senior Marketing Executives using Adobe InDesign to produce high-quality marketing materials.
n
Assist with proofing, editing and quality control of marketing collateral.
n
Support the creation and coordination of digital marketing content.
n
Assist with the creation of social media content, primarily LinkedIn video content.
n
Assist with content scheduling and maintaining a consistent and professional social media presence.
n




Provide general marketing administration and support to the broader agency team.
n
Maintain accurate campaign records and ensure marketing requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
n
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
n

About You
n
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual who is looking to establish or develop their career in marketing within the commercial property sector.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or be a recent graduate.
n
Previous experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant or similar role is advantageous, but not essential for the right graduate candidate.
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
A proactive, positive and can-do attitude.
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
n
Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
n
Experience with Adobe InDesign is essential
n
An interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
n
A genuine interest in commercial real estate and a desire to build a long-term career.
