About the role:

Interlace Studies is a migration and education consultancy, and we're growing our sales team. We're hiring a Migration Sales Assistant in both our Adelaide and Sydney branches. You'll be the first point of contact for people starting their migration and study journey — handling enquiries, guiding clients through their options, and helping convert interest into enrolments.

What you'll do:

Respond to client enquiries across phone, email and walk-ins
n
Guide prospective clients through our services and next steps
n
Follow up on leads and help move them toward a decision
n




Keep client records and updates accurate
n
Work with the wider team to hit branch targets
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
At least 2 years of experience in a consultancy setting
n
Confident, clear communicator who's comfortable with clients
n
Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
n
