Jim's Cleaning Fortitude Valley – Brisbane QLD

Jim's Cleaning Fortitude Valley has 25 to 30 hours of regular house cleaning available now.
n
Inner Brisbane. Monday to Friday. Same houses, same days, every week or fortnight.
n
This is subcontract work. You need your own ABN and public liability insurance.
n
These clients see the same cleaner every week or fortnight. You need to be able to stay with them for at least 12 months. Please do not apply if you are travelling, or if you plan to leave Brisbane within the next year.
n
Couples and pairs are welcome.

Regular cleans only
n
We only do regular house cleaning. Nothing else.
n
No bond cleans
n
No end of lease cleans
n
No empty houses
n
No deep cleans or spring cleans
n
Every house is lived in and already looked after. You come back each week or fortnight to keep it that way. Most jobs take 1.5 to 2 hours.
n
You have cleaned the house before. You know the rooms. You know what to do.
n
Some cleaning jobs pay more per hour. Most of those are bond cleans and deep cleans: long days, hard scrubbing, empty houses, and an agent checking your work at the end. This work is easier.
n
The pay
n
You get a fixed price for each job. Not an hourly rate.
n
Example: a 2 hour clean pays $74. Finish in 1 hour 45 minutes and you still get $74.
n
A full week of work is about $1,110.
n
Paid every week by bank transfer.
n
Prices do not include GST. If you are registered for GST, add it to your invoice.



You pay your own fuel, equipment, products, insurance and tax.

Where the work is
n
Fortitude Valley, Current Farm, Newstead, Brisbane City, West End, Woolloongabba, Bardon, Auchenflower, Lutwyche, Wooloowin, Nundah, Ascot and nearby.
n
Jobs are grouped by area, so you do not drive far between houses. Around 3 to 4 jobs a day. First job usually starts at 8:00 am.

What you need
n
Active ABN. We check every ABN on ABN Lookup before we call you.
n
Public liability insurance
n
At least 1 year of paid cleaning experience
n
Your own car and driver's licence
n
Your own cleaning equipment and products
n
A smartphone for job details and photos
n
The right to work in Australia
n
Free on weekdays from 8:00 am
n
You also need a police check before your first job. If you do not have one, we will show you how to get it.

What we ask
n
Turn up on time, every time
n
Do the full clean, every visit
n
Send before and after photos
n
Call our office if you cannot get in, or if anything is wrong
n
Call us before you start if the house is much dirtier than normal. We will sort it with the client and pay you more.
n
We want someone reliable who can stay with these clients for at least a year. Doing a careful job matters more to us than being fast.
