We're looking for a confident and reliable Accounts Receivable Officer to join our upbeat and fun team at Ehlerth Electrical. This part time position involves managing our accounts receivable process, including regularly following up with customers regarding overdue invoices and outstanding payments. The role can be 2-3 days per week.
Key responsibilities
Following up customers on overdue invoices and outstanding payments
Managing the day to day accounts receivable function
Liaising professionally and confidently with customers by phone and email
About you
Confidence and comfort speaking with customers, including chasing payments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a rapid paced, friendly office environment
