Leading Hand – Class 2 Mixed-Use Development
A fantastic prospect for an experienced Leading Hand to join a
multi-award-winning Tier 2 builder
, working on a prestigious $40M Class 2 mixed-use development in Rosebery.
The project comprises high-quality luxury residential apartments, commercial spaces and basement construction, providing excellent exposure to a complex, large-scale development.
The Role
Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day delivery and coordination of the project
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
Assist with construction planning, sequencing and programming
Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics
Monitor workmanship, quality and progress across the site
Ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements
Conduct regular site inspections and assist with quality control
