We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator who can provide support to the Group Transport Manager of a large distribution company in Brendale. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, maturity and demonstrate an ability to be flexible while completing adhoc administrative duties.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:
To provide outstanding levels of administrative support to the Group Transport Manager and Supervisors
Have high level of accuracy and attention to detail with data entry tasks
Assist with transport documentation and manifest reports
Knowledge of CoR processes advantageous
Demonstrate high level of organisation skills and managing priorities calmly
Have a high level understanding of clerical duties
Previous experience in Transport and Logistics an advantage but not essential
To present oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times.




To aim to build strong and positive business relationships with customers and end users.
Can create promotion signage for fund raising and special events each month
Respond to client calls and email in a professional and efficient manner
To co-operate by willingly participating and supporting team decisions, being a good team player.
Qualifications and Skills:
A certificate in Business Administration or at least 2 years admin experience required
High level of knowledge with all MS Office programs including Work and Excel
Be creative and able to create marketing signage
Highly organised
Self starter and possess initiative
Must be adaptable with duties and open to supporting multiple colleagues
Resilient
High level of maturity, professionalism and focus
