A rewarding opportunity currently exists for a
Processing Plant Operator
to join our Sibanye Stillwater Australia team based on site at the Century Mine (Lawn Hill). This position will be offered as a permanent role on a FIFO basis - 15 days on /13 days off roster Day and Night shift.
The Processing Plant Operator will be responsible for:
Operating the processing plant facility (milling, flotation, thickening), and ancillary equipment, to meet production requirements safely and efficiently in an environmentally sound manner.

Technical:
Grinding and classification
Trouble shooting / problem solving / decision making
Confined space

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal at various levels (Technical, Operational)
Adaptable to change
Knowledge:
Understanding of mineral processing and base metals flotation principles
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' proven operating experience in a minerals processing plant with base metals flotation experience
Basic computer skills
Experience in FIFO operations preferred (not required)
