Role overview:

We are supporting a large federal agency with architecting and designing high availability network infrastructure rated at the secret classification. This will be an exciting opportunity to support the enhancement and sustainment of a complex system which is critical to protecting Australian borders.
n

As part of a team, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Developing, designing and building ICT network infrastructure, that will be compliant with both departmental and whole of government security frameworks such as ISM and Essential 8
n




Organising, and facilitating workshops to understand business requirements, and defining or improving business processes
n
Supporting the continuous improvement ensuring capacity and availability of the network
n
Developing High Level Design, as built documentation, and technical security documentation
n
Oversee delivery and provide technical assurance for the network solution
n
n
To be successful, you will have extensive experience in:
n
n
Architecture, design and documentation of complex network infrastructure, unified communications platforms and Linux/Windows Operating Systems
n
Developing and maintaining High Level Design, Detailed Design, and As-Built documentation
n
Organising and facilitating workshops to determine business needs, and ICT system gaps
n
Experience working in a complex/enterprise government department
n
