Key responsibilities
The Senior Case Manager is responsible for examining and processing more complex applications for criminal injuries compensation, providing leadership and support to a team of Case Managers, allocating caseloads, providing advice on complex issues, quality assuring the work of the team, and identifying and managing training needs.

Communicates and Influences Effectively – A demonstrated ability to craft messages clearly and succinctly, orally and in writing, checking that communication has been understood, and questioning for clarity when receiving information or feedback.
