Group Strategic Parts Manager
to lead the national growth strategy for our spare parts division.
This senior leadership role is ideal for someone who can identify growth opportunities, develop clear strategic plans, influence stakeholders and deliver commercial outcomes across a multi-site operation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will develop and drive the national strategy for The Drake Group's spare parts business. Your focus will be on growing revenue, profitability, customer retention and market share, while strengthening our position as a leading aftermarket parts and support provider.
You will create strategic initiatives and guide operational teams to support successful execution across all regions. The role brings together commercial strategy, pricing governance, market development, aftermarket growth and business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a national spare parts growth strategy.
Establish pricing strategies and governance frameworks.
Drive aftermarket sales growth through strategic initiatives and market expansion.
Lead the development of exchange and remanufactured component programs.




Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Develop national marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and increase demand.
Review inventory performance and recommend improvement opportunities.
Establish performance reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards to monitor progress.
Partner with sales, service, procurement, finance and operational leaders to achieve business objectives.
Lead improvement projects that enhance customer experience, profitability and operational efficiency.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
Proven experience leading strategic growth initiatives in aftermarket, spare parts, industrial, heavy vehicle, manufacturing or a related setting.
Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in pricing strategy and margin management.
Experience developing and implementing commercial growth plans.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret commercial and operational data.
Experience identifying new market opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A continuous improvement mindset and a focus on measurable business outcomes.
