Due to the company's ever expanding footprint, they are now recruiting for a Site Supervisor to come on board to manage the construction of new homes in the Mackay area. Builds will be in close proximity within new housing estates, where you will be managing on site construction for Investor Homes with no client contact.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have great tenure with previous employers, proven ability to manage 15+ individual recent home builds simultaneously, and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.
The Role
Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience




Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
Ability to read and work off detailed plans
Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
Liaise and co-ordinate supplies and materials
Ensure on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures
High level communicator, organised & attention to detail
Minimum of 3+ years Supervisory experience with a Project Home Builder
Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License
Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred
You will be provided with a generous base salary, fully maintained vehicle + fuel + super.
