WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
n
Own the customer journey from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery
n
Build rapport, understand customer needs and confidently recommend the right Toyota
n
Manage leads, follow-up activity and appointments with discipline
n
Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
n




Negotiate and close sales while delivering a transparent, professional experience
n
Maintain accurate CRM records, product knowledge and sales documentation
n
Contribute to team targets and help create customers for life
n
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
n
Previous automotive sales experience, ideally in new vehicles
n
A current Queensland Motor Salesperson license
n
A strong track record of customer service, follow-up and sales performance
n
A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
Clear, confident communication and strong attention to detail
n
A team-first mindset with high personal standards
n
Toyota experience is highly regarded, but not essential if you are ready to learn the Toyota way
