As our
Communications Manager
, you'll join
Levande's award-winning Marketing team
and lead across PR, media, reputation and crisis communications. You'll work closely with senior leaders, manage our external PR agency and help shape how Levande shows up externally.
You'll have the opportunity to:

What You Will Be Working On
You'll lead Levande's day‐to‐day PR and external communications activity, providing trusted advice and ensuring we communicate clearly and confidently when issues arise.
Leading proactive PR, media relations, thought leadership and external storytelling.
Managing Levande's external PR agency, including briefs, priorities, delivery and performance,



and using media insights to improve results.
Leading crisis communications planning and response, including key messages, escalation processes and coordination with senior leaders and our PR agency.
Developing media materials, Q&As;, spokesperson briefs and executive, internal and corporate communications that support engagement and business priorities.
Providing trusted communications and reputation advice to executives and senior stakeholders.
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
You'll be an experienced communications or PR professional who combines excellent writing with sound judgement, strong stakeholder skills and the ability to remain calm when the stakes are high.
You'll bring:
7+ years' experience across PR, communications, media relations or corporate affairs.
Strong hands‐on PR and media relations experience, including proactive campaigns and thought leadership.
Experience managing communications through sensitive issues or crisis situations.
Confidence advising senior executives and managing external PR agencies or communications partners.
Exceptional writing and editing skills across different audiences, plus practical AI capability and sound judgement when checking AI‐assisted communications.
If you've built your career agency‐side as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager, or in‐house as a PR Manager or Senior Communications Advisor, we'd love to hear from you. Retirement living experience is helpful, but your depth of PR and crisis communications experience matters more.
