As our Senior Change Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation by leading complex transformation initiatives that impact how we work, deliver services and support our community. What You'll Be Doing
Drive change and transformation initiatives
Support the business in their strategic ambitions through project delivery
Conduct business readiness and impact assessments
Drive stakeholder engagement and communications activities
Coordinate learning, adoption and benefits realisation deliverables
Monitor risks, resistance and change outcomes
Manage and measure business adoption
Provide insights, reporting and recommendations
Support projects and steering committees
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced change management professional with a passion for driving successful business transformation and enabling people to adapt to new ways of working. You'll ideally bring:




Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
Prosci, Lean and/or Agile Change qualifications
Significant change management experience
Significant experience in ERP or other technology implementations
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities
Experience delivering business readiness activities
Project or program management experience
