The Company is in need of a Head of Release Management to take on a pivotal leadership role in a large-scale enterprise transformation within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading release planning, readiness, and execution, ensuring that all teams, technology, business operations, and stakeholders are aligned and prepared for major releases and migration events. This role demands a high level of visibility and the ability to provide end-to-end oversight across multiple Release Trains, as well as to establish and embed enterprise release governance, reporting, and readiness frameworks.Applicants for the Head of Release Management position at the company should have a proven track record in leading release management and readiness, particularly within large-scale technology transformation programs in the banking sector.
