We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support & Systems Officer to deliver responsive first-line support while managing core business systems, user access, and security controls across multiple platforms. This hands-on role seamlessly blends service desk triage with system administration, application support, and key IT project rollouts to ensure secure and reliable technical operations.

What You Will Do:

Deliver responsive first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, managing the full lifecycle of support tickets from triage to resolution.

Administer user accounts, access permissions,



and system configurations across platforms like Microsoft 365, Asset Management, and OpenText Content Manager.
n
Coordinate the setup, deployment, patching, and maintenance of IT equipment, while supporting cybersecurity controls and access protocols.
n
Support key business applications (SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Forms) and assist with the setup and maintenance of CCTV systems and infrastructure.
n
Provide informal and structured training to staff, maintain technical documentation, and assist with the deployment of specialised IT projects.
