Graphic Designer, Branding & Digital Projects Coordinator
Working across a diverse portfolio of retail, corporate and community clients, you'll be responsible for delivering creative solutions across graphic design, branding, website development and digital communications. About the Role
Working closely with our Marketing Managers, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering a broad range of creative and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency and quality across all client work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage creative briefs from concept through to completion.
Design a variety of marketing and corporate materials including advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, reports, proposals and promotional collateral.
Assist with the development and evolution of client brands, including logo design, brand identities and supporting brand collateral.
Apply and maintain corporate brand guidelines across multiple client accounts.
Prepare and export artwork for print and digital production.
Develop, maintain and update WordPress websites, including content updates, troubleshooting, website maintenance and aesthetic improvements.
Assist with website development projects including page builds, website launches and user experience improvements.
Develop and update content for websites and digital communications.




Assist with the creation and formatting of EDMs and client communications.
Produce high-quality corporate documents and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers to support campaign delivery and client objectives.
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to client projects and campaigns.
About You
You are creative, motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising attention to detail.
Proven experience in a graphic design role.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong experience in logo design, branding and visual identity development.
Strong typography, layout and brand application skills.
Experience managing WordPress websites.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience contributing to website development projects.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Experience producing professional documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team setting.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position based in our office and creative studio at
Coorparoo Square
.
Monday to Thursday:
8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday:
8:30am – 3:00pm
