What You'll Be Doing
n
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and evolving scalable applications and services. You'll have end-to-end ownership of your work, from solution design through to deployment and production support. Key responsibilities include:
n

Building modern web applications using TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js
n
Designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions to solve real business and customer problems
n
Writing high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code
n
Taking ownership of features throughout the entire software development lifecycle
n
Improving application architecture, performance, reliability, and security
n
Contributing to engineering best practices and standards
n
Collaborating closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams
n
Mentoring and supporting other engineers to help elevate team capability
n
Helping shape technical decisions and continuously improve how we build and deliver software
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
Essential Experience
n
n
5-8 years' experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
n
Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and Node.js
n
Experience building modern front-end applications (Angular experience highly regarded)
n




Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
n
Experience working in Agile delivery
environmentsExcellent
communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching other engineers
n
Understanding of software security principles and secure development practices
n
n
Nice to Have
n
n
Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments
n
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
n
Experience working with AWS services such as: Lambda, EC2, EKS, SQS, RDS
n
Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases
