The Graphic Designer interprets drawings, customer needs and sketches to create clear and engaging visual content and electronic files ready for production.

Key responsibilities

Interpret briefs and develop on-brand design concepts.
n
Create digital and print assets, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, ads, signage, website assets, and email templates.
n
Apply brand guidelines consistently.
n
Prepare final artwork for print, digital use, and suppliers.
n
Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative outputs.
n
Present concepts and respond to feedback professionally.
n
Manage multiple design projects and deadlines.
n
Source, edit, and retouch images as required.
n
Keep up to date with design trends, tools, accessibility,



and visual communication best practice.
n
Maintain organised design files, templates, and assets.
n
About you
n
Experience in graphic design, visual communication, marketing design, or a related field.
n
Solid portfolio covering digital and print work.
n
Strong skills in typography, layout, colour, composition, and brand identity.
n
Ability to turn briefs and ideas into clear visual designs.
n
Excellent attention to detail and production quality.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
n
Knowledge of digital formats, print production, file preparation, and accessibility.
