Synergie Australia is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge / Receptionist for on-call assignments with our valued client in Wacol, QLD.

$40 per hour + Super

Start date:
Be able to start immediately (on call role)
Attire:
Corporate attire at all times.
Candidates with a recently completed Police Check will be highly regarded
What you will be required to do:
As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and skilled workplace environment.
Answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
Greeting and assisting customers, visitors, and contractors
Providing exceptional front-of-house customer service
Daily replenishment of coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, and kitchen supplies
Managing deliveries and ensuring fridges and pantry areas remain stocked
General administrative duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
Maintaining kitchenettes and communal areas, including wiping benches and replenishing paper hand towels
Supporting the wider office team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
To be successful in the role you will:
Have previous experience in Reception, Concierge,



Administration, Customer Service, or Hospitality
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Present professionally with a polished corporate appearance
Have a friendly, approachable, and service-focused attitude
Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Be adaptable and comfortable working in different environments when required
Hold a current Police Check, or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
Candidates with a recently completed Police Check will be highly regarded
