Jade Walker & Co is looking for an experienced Dermal & Laser Therapist to join our boutique Woollahra clinic.
n
About the Role
n
We are looking for someone who is both clinically strong and commercially driven.
n
You must be able to consult confidently, personalise treatment plans, educate clients, build long-term relationships, achieve results and contribute commercially to the growth of the clinic.
n
Skills & Experience
n
You will be confident in:
n
n
HIFU, RF, skin needling and laser treatments
n
Conducting thorough skin consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
n
Selling treatment packages and skincare
n
Rebooking and retaining clients
n
Building and growing your own client base
n
Treating pigmentation, sun damage, rosacea, broken capillaries, acne, acne scarring, hormonal skin and ageing concerns
n
n
Essential Clinical Knowledge
n
n
Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology
n
Strong understanding of facial anatomy
n
Confident skin analysis and consultation skills
n
Ability to identify skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans
n
Robust understanding of contraindications, treatment suitability and client safety
n
Proven experience with HIFU, RF, skin needling and laser treatments
n

Remuneration
n
$40-$55 per hour + super + uncapped commission and performance incentives, depending on experience.
