We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Platform Lead to join our high-performing E-Commerce team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our online business. Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, you will act as the second‐in‐command for the function, leading major strategic technology initiatives including ERP integration, front‐end platform replatforming, systems integration, automation and data management. This is a rare opportunity to influence the direction of a growing omnichannel business while delivering large‐scale transformation projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the delivery of MTO's e-commerce strategic roadmap
Drive the implementation of a new e-commerce platform (Shopify, BigCommerce or Neto/Maropost)
Support ERP replatforming initiatives, including NetSuite integration projects
Manage complex data integrations and API connectivity across business systems
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability




Partner with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes
Assist in leading and developing a small e-commerce systems and projects team
Act as deputy for the Head of E-Commerce when required
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience leading e-commerce, digital or systems projects
Experience with ERP systems and implementation projects
Exposure to platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce or Neto/Maropost
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and large data environments
Demonstrated project governance and vendor management experience
Leadership capability with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
A commercially minded skilled who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
