Job Description
RH Demolition Team is seeking an experienced Demolition Leading Hand / Supervisor to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full time position or Casual, As a key member of our management team, you will oversee day-to-day demolition activities, supervise crews, and maintain the highest standards of safety and workmanship across all projects.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating demolition crews on site, ensuring all work is completed safely and to schedule
n
Conducting daily site briefings and toolbox talks to reinforce safety protocols and project objectives
n
Inspecting worksites and equipment to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
n
Managing site logistics, including waste removal, material handling and equipment placement
n
Communicating regularly with project managers and clients
n
Training and mentoring crew members to develop skills and ensure consistent performance standards
n
Maintaining accurate site records, including timesheets, incident reports and progress documentation
n




Operating and maintaining demolition equipment as required
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Current White Card (WHS Induction Card) or equivalent qualification
n
2 years in a supervisory or leading hand capacity
n
Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment and safety regulations specific to the construction industry
n
Demonstrated experience managing teams and resolving workplace issues effectively
n
Current Driver's Licence (Class C or equivalent)
