As a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO *****), we are seeking experienced and passionate Casual Trainers and Assessors to join our team across Queensland.
n
Our immediate focus is on finding industry professionals who can deliver the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC*****), helping develop the next generation of builders and construction professionals.
n
We are also welcoming expressions of interest from Trainers and Assessors qualified to deliver the following courses:
n
n
Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC*****)
n
Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC*****)
n
Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (CPC*****)
n
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB*****)
n
Certificate IV in Project Management Practice (BSB*****)
n
Diploma of Project Management (BSB*****)
n
Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB*****)
n
Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB*****)
n
n
Training is delivered face-to-face across our Queensland locations,



therefore successful candidates must be willing and able to travel to and attend training venues as required.

To join our team of trainers, you must:
n
n
Hold the qualification (or relevant units) you wish to deliver.
n
Be able to demonstrate vocational competency and current industry experience.
n
Have substantial construction industry experience for building and construction qualifications.
n
Hold one of the following:
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
n
A Diploma or higher-level qualification in Adult Education.
n
Possess exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
n
Have a genuine passion for sharing your expertise and supporting the growth of others within the industry.
