This leading prestigious education institution is urgently seeking an experienced Executive Director, Operations to lead a critical function within its Portfolio across a very regulated landscape.

Reporting to the Vice-President, you will drive operational excellence across data, analytics, prospect development, CRM systems, gift administration, governance, and digital transformation. Leading high-performing teams, you will ensure the infrastructure supporting philanthropy and engagement is strategic, scalable, and future-ready.

We are seeking a highly accomplished executive leader (who is available within 1-2 weeks to start) with:

Proven experience leading complex operational, transformation or shared services functions within large and sophisticated organisations.
n
Demonstrated success managing organisational change, large-scale projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
n




Strong leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams and navigating complex people matters.
n
Advanced business acumen, systems thinking and digital capability.
n
Expertise in data governance, analytics, operational excellence and process improvement.
n
Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
n
The ability to build trusted relationships and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Experience within higher education, philanthropy, advancement or member-based organisations will be highly regarded.
