Gold Coast Blinds & Shutters is a proud local business based in Currumbin. We design, manufacture, and install a wide range of premium indoor and outdoor window coverings, from plantation shutters and curtains to outdoor blinds and motorised systems.
As a fast-growing company with a reputation for quality and service, we're expanding our in-house installations team to help us continue delivering the high standards our customers expect—and deserve. The Role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on individual who's ready to jump into a physically active and dynamic role. Experience in a trade or construction is highly valued, but not essential—we're more interested in your attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
As an Installer, your day-to-day will involve:
Installing Plantation Shutters (PVC & Aluminium)
Fitting all types of Interior Blinds




Assisting with Outdoor Blind installations alongside our team
Hanging Curtains and Curtain Tracks
Setting up Motorised Products and troubleshooting as needed
You'll be dealing directly with customers, so confidence, communication, and professionalism are key. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working with a tight-knit team, this is the job for you.
What We're Looking For
A trade background (e.g. carpentry, cabinetry, construction) is highly regarded
Solid understanding of building fixings and construction methods
Great attention to detail and pride in delivering top-tier workmanship
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Able to problem-solve on the fly and work well both independently and in a team
Australian work rights required for this position
Current full driver's licence required for this role
