What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Prepare vehicles for refinishing, including masking,



sanding and priming
Complete prep work for cosmetic repairs and light collision damage
Support the spray-painting team to ensure efficient workshop workflow
Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles are prepared to a high standard
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
Follow all workshop safety, PPE and quality procedures
Assist the team in achieving daily production targets
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in a vehicle preparation, refinishing or similar workshop role
Trade-qualified Spray Painters seeking a support-focused role are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
Ability to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and time-management skills
Understanding of workshop safety and PPE requirements
Manual driver's licence
Full Australian work rights
Desirable
Experience with Axalta paint products
Previous experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair environments
