ACM Healthcare is partnering with a leading Victorian specialist mental health service to recruit two Principal Psychologists into newly created senior leadership roles. This is a rare opportunity to shape clinical practice, lead psychology teams and influence the future direction of specialist mental health services.

About the role
n
Provide clinical and operational leadership across psychology services. Deliver advanced assessment, formulation and intervention for complex and high-risk presentations. Provide supervision, consultation and mentoring to psychologists and students. Lead therapeutic programs, service improvement and clinical governance initiatives. Support multidisciplinary teams and strengthen integrated, recovery-oriented care.

About you
n
n
General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
n
Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Forensic Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology from an APAC-accredited program
n
Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical, Forensic or Neuropsychology, or eligibility to obtain endorsement
n
Minimum 10 years' post-qualification clinical/forensic experience as a registered psychologist
n
Board Approved Supervisor status
n
Demonstrated leadership, supervision and experience with complex mental health presentations
n
Qualification allowances for Master's and Doctorate-level qualifications
n
Salary packaging up to $9,010 for living expenses + $2,650 meal allowance per year
