Job Description
Action Workforce are currently seeking peak season Van Drivers at our well-known client in Singleton. The successful applicant will be required to undertake Multi Drop Deliveries in the Hunter Valley and surrounding areas. This role would best suit applicants who thrive working in a busy environment whilst engaging face to face with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

n
Multidrop deliveries and pickups of general parcels, carton freight & medical supplies
n
Use of handheld scanners whilst adhering to 100% scan compliance
n
Accurately complete all paperwork including runsheets or manifest paperwork as needed
n
Actively demonstrate a strong commitment to safety including regular participating in toolbox talks
n
Sorting of freight and loading of vehicles prior to departing depot
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Current C Class Licence
n
Clean Driving Record
n
Previous delivery driving preferable but not essential
n




Ability to sort and load & unload vans of freight by hand
n
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
n
