About the role
n
You'll be the face of Trinity Beach Sports Club across our bar, gaming and TAB areas — delivering fast, friendly, high-quality service that keeps our members and guests coming back. Trinity Beach Sports Club operates under the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award, which means you earn more per hour for working Saturdays and Sundays.

Deliver fast, friendly,



high-quality service across bar, gaming and TAB areas

Handle a variety of customer feedback with professionalism
n
Stay on top of demand in a fast-paced environment

About you
n

A positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
n
Qld RSA and RSG certificates
n
Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience
n
Availability across a rotation of shifts, including nights until 4am, weekends and public holidays
n
A quick, efficient approach with a genuinely cheerful outlook
n
TAB-endorsed compliance training highly regarded but not essential — full training provided for the right candidate
n
