Opportunity for x2 production supervisors to join a well-established and growing manufacturer based on the south-side of Brisbane. These are hands-off leadership roles where you'll be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping operations running efficiently.
The Opportunities
Lead a team of approximately ******* production staff.
Oversee the manufacture of postformed products and benchtops.
Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Lead a team of approximately 6 production staff.
Oversee cut-to-size manufacturing operations.
Ensure production targets, quality and efficiency are consistently achieved.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
A background in cabinetry, joinery, machining, benchtops or a similar manufacturing trade.
Previous experience leading or supervising a production team.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
The ability to motivate and develop people.
A practical,



hands-on understanding of manufacturing, whilst the role is mostly off the tools, you will need to be comfortable with pitching in to help the team or show younger tradesman how to do something where required.
A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
