Wynnum Manly Leagues Club and Fielders Club are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Casual Catering, Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our hospitality teams. You will help create a warm, engaging atmosphere while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide friendly, efficient service across our catering, bar and gaming areas
n
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
n
Monitor and resolve minor gaming machine issues and upscale faults where required
n
Ensure all RSA, RSG and Liquor Licensing obligations are met
n
Maintain a high standard of customer experience at all times
n
Support Keno operations and customer enquiries
n
Assist with cash handling and reconciliation
n
Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented environment
n
n
About You
n
You will demonstrate:
n
n
A strong understanding of RSA and RSG requirements
n
Previous experience in hospitality,



gaming, TAB or Keno (desirable)
n
A customer-first attitude and collaborative team approach
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
n
Current RSA and RSG certification
n
A practical, solution-focused approach when handling gaming floor issues
n
