We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Brisbane Truck School.

This full-time role is based in our Hemmant, Queensland office and will provide administrative support for our range of transport, resources and safety training programs in classroom, work site and online environments.

What you'll be doing
n
Providing administrative support including scheduling, course registrations, and coordinating instructor schedules
n
Maintaining detailed student records and course documentation
n
Assisting with the preparation of training materials and resources
n
Handling general office duties such as answering phone inquiries, responding to emails, and providing customer service
n
Supporting the training team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
n
What we're looking for
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an educational or training environment
n
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
n




Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
n
Proficient in MS Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
n
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
n
A passion for providing high-quality administrative support
