TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST | PERTH CBD | $38 PER HOUR + SUPER

We are currently seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join a well-established corporate organisation based in the Perth CBD.
n
This is an urgent temporary requirement for someone who is immediately available and looking to secure consistent work within a professional corporate environment.
n
As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and qualified experience for clients, visitors and staff. You'll be joining a friendly and professional team and will be well supported in the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n

Managing a reception area and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
n
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
n
Managing general enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate team members
n
Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with meeting room bookings
n
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
n
Providing general administration and office support as required
n
Assisting with maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environment
n




Supporting the wider office team with ad hoc administrative tasks
n

ABOUT YOU
n
We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys being the face of a professional organisation.
n
You will ideally have:
n

Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, administration, hospitality or customer service
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A polished and professional presentation
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to confidently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
n
A friendly and proactive approach
n
Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
n

Regular office hours

Fully office based, Monday to Friday
