The Role

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will take ownership of clinical operations, leading care delivery, compliance and quality across the home.
n
You'll be responsible for driving performance across:
n

Clinical leadership of Registered Nurses and care teams
n
AN-ACC optimisation, funding and documentation accuracy
n
Accreditation readiness and quality standards
n
Clinical governance, audits and compliance frameworks
n
Medication management and infection prevention & control
n
Incident management, risk and continuous improvement
n
Care planning, assessments and case management
n
Family engagement and clinical communication
n
Supporting the Facility Manager when required
n
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will influence both clinical outcomes and team performance.
n
About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n




Strong experience in residential aged care
n
Proven knowledge of AN-ACC funding and accreditation
n
Background in clinical audits, compliance and quality improvement
n
Confidence leading, mentoring and developing nursing teams
n
Robust documentation and electronic care system skills
n
Solid clinical capability across wound care, palliative care and chronic disease
n
n
