The role will involve dealing with the wiring and testing of electrical switchboards and control panels for, but not limited to:
Pump Station Switchboards
LV Main Switchboards
Supply Authority Metering Panels
Light & Power Distribution Switchboards
To be eligible for the role you will be/have:
Previous experience with Switchboard Manufacturing
Switchboard Testing and Quality
Experience in Bus Bar Assembly
Previous experience in cutting, punching and bending busbar
Current QLD Electrical Fitter licence
Current QLD drivers licence and reliable car
Current LVR/CPR certificate
White card
The ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high pressure environment
The ability to read schematic diagrams
Knowledge of wiring rules and regulations
Ability to work autonomously in a team environment, and to be a good role model for apprentices
