Evolution Apartments, located in the Brisbane CBD, comprising of over 80, 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments, with outstanding views of the Brisbane River and surrounds is currently seeking professional, motivated part-time Night Auditor to join an energetic Front Office Team. Working overnight, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and secure operation while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Reporting to directly the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for:
n
n
Complete overnight front-desk and night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
n
Welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs and respond to guests' enquiries and concerns
n
Handle payments, reconciliations and financial transactions
n
Prepare end-of-day reports
n
Monitor building security and respond appropriately to after-hours issues
n




Complete routine overnight inspections and operational tasks
n
Communicate important information to the day team during handover
n
n
To be successful in the role you must poses:
n
n
Minimum of 12 months experience in similar position within a 4-star Hotel or Apartments
n
Exceptional grooming and presentation
n
Positive and passionate attitude towards to customer service
n
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
n
Previous REI Cloud experience is preferred but not essential
n
The ability to work unsupervised
n
Ability to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
n
