Responsibilities:
n
n
Plan and execute your workload to meet client requirements and deadlines.
n
Deliver high-quality service, maintenance and repair work.
n




Perform preventive maintenance on a wide variety of equipment.
n
Carry out scheduled corrective and emergency reactive works as required.
n
Investigate and troubleshoot various plant requiring rectification works.
n
Co-ordinate and lead small-scale projects and upgrade works.
n
Maintain accurate service records, reports and compliance documentation.
n
Follow safety procedures and applicable industry standards.
n
Assist in the provision of on-the-job training for apprentices.
n
Work with the team to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
n
Strong work ethic and pride in neat, compliant workmanship.
n
Problem-solving mindset.
n
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
n
Confident using digital job management systems, reporting platforms and compliance documentation.
n
Construction Industry White Card.
n
C-Class Drivers' licence.
n
QBCC Occupational Licence.
n
Restricted Electrical work licence.
n
n
Highly Regarded Experience:
n
n
3+ years hands-on post-trade experience.
n
Experience in chilled water systems and central plant.
n
Chiller and cooling tower maintenance and fault finding
n
BMS, controls and electrical fault finding
n
Commissioning and system performance testing
n
n
