This role is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in Gaming, Food and Beverage in the Hotel and Club industry and wants to further their skills in a larger, growing Hotel group.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Ability to work well in a quick-paced Hotel environment
n
Experienced in Bistro,



Gaming & Wagering departments
n
AML/CTF compliance knowledge
n
A positive and dedicated attitude
n
Ability to work well in a team
n
Knowledge of and experience in basic bar duties
n
Available to work nights and weekends
n
RSA/RSG/Food Safety Certificate
n
Any further & higher education certificates welcomed
n
